A native of Columbus, Ohio, Debra has called Naples her home since early 1984. She has watched this area grow and has an intimate awareness of her community through her work on task forces working to assure thoughtful growth of her new hometown during times of dynamic change.
Debra returned to higher education as part of the inaugural session of Florida’s tenth state university: Florida Gulf Coast University. Representing the Student Government Association, she was proud to be a part of a contingent of students selected by their class president to address the House of Legislature in Tallahassee in 1997. Her goal was to thank the legislators for opening the door to higher education in southwest Florida as well as to thank the House from the perspective of the non-traditional student.
A REALTOR® since 1987, she has served on committees of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® dedicated to education, ethics, and membership including the NABOR® 2008 Leadership Development Class. Some committees served include Professional Standards, Professional Development, and the Golf Committees. She is also a member of the Florida Association and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Being the type of person who contributes to organizations that support her, she’s left her footprints throughout her community and professional associations. Those organizations include the Parent Teacher Organization, the American Red Cross, US Diving and US Swimming Teams and the Naples Historical Society where she serves as a volunteer docent at Palm Cottage.
Her association with John R. Wood REALTORS offers her the ability to serve her community as a real estate professional bringing her compassionately delivered powerful assemblage of knowledge and experience in service to her customers. Put her to work for you and experience the benefit of a REALTOR® you can trust to help you with your most precious assets!
The Golden Rule promotes the idea of treating others as one would one's self. Debra Wine trumps that rule of conduct and renders service at the Platinum Rule level: treating others as they wish to be treated.ples her home since early 1984.
